Hario was founded in Japan in 1921 to specialize in heat resistant glass. Initially, Hario made glass for pharmaceutical companies. 1964 marked a turning point for the brand, when the brand produced its first siphon coffee machine. Today, Hario produces various equipment for making coffee.

Recipe for  V60 dripper 1 to 4 cups :

Rinse the filter paper with hot water to prevent any changes in the coffee taste and preheat the coffee machine.

Depending on the filter used, use 15 to 20 grams of coffee with a medium-grind filter or larger filter.

Before boiling, heat the exact amount of water to 93°C .The pouring will be made in several stages.

Pre-fill first, pour in to soak in water, wait for about 30 seconds, then pour the water in a circular pattern (to facilitate swirling and improve the extraction quality), and pour the water evenly throughout the grinding process without touching the edges and starting from the center.

When the water level drops, slowly pour the rest of the water into the center.

After filtering, remove the filter immediately.

Pour and enjoy !!
